Shipping Policy

Store orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days of payment.

Kits ship by a tracked courier; you receive a tracking number by email once dispatched. Typical delivery is 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location in India.

We ship to the address provided at registration or checkout. Please make sure it is complete and correct, including a reachable phone number, as couriers may call to coordinate delivery.

If a kit arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the expected window, email support@getsetlearn.info within 7 days with your order or student details and photos of any damage. We will arrange a replacement or resolution.

For store orders, courier charges are calculated at checkout from your delivery PIN code and the weight of your items, and are shown clearly before you pay. When a courier charge applies, it is paid by you and is non-refundable. Any free-delivery offer that is running is applied in your cart and shown before you pay.
