All sales are final - no returns, no refunds.

• 100% advance payment: orders are charged in full at checkout.
• Courier and shipping charges are paid by you and are non-refundable.
• No returns and no refunds, including for change of mind.
• A free replacement is provided ONLY for a genuine manufacturing defect, after our tech team verifies it.

The only remedy on a store purchase is a free replacement for a genuine manufacturing defect in a component. This is not automatic: our technical team verifies every claim (due diligence) before a replacement is approved. Change of mind, accidental damage, and misuse are not covered, and there is no refund in any case.

To raise a claim, open your order using the link in your confirmation email and submit a defect claim with a description and clear photos of the fault. You can track the claim status (submitted, under review, approved or rejected, replacement dispatched) on the same page.

For the National Edge AI Hackathon registration fee (a separate transaction from store purchases): you may cancel and receive a full refund of the ₹1 fee any time before the registration deadline, provided the student has not yet taken the screening quiz. Once the quiz has been taken, the fee is non-refundable because the screening service has been delivered.

To request a registration refund, email support@getsetlearn.info from the parent email used at registration, with the student's name.
